Our home is a very tall two storey and parts of it had mildew, quite high up. After the soft washing, the house looks amazing. Ahmad and his team were very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend their services. We will be using them every year for our house cleaning!

I called Gorilla Property Services to clean my soffits which were really dirty as a result of the derecho last year. Ahmad was very responsive and friendly and even came out and test cleaned the soffits to make sure it could be done properly before giving me a quote. Really appreciated his attention to detail and he did an amazing job on the soffits and windows at a really reasonable price. The difference in the before and after photos is amazing. We started noticing a bad smell coming from our dryer, so we called Gorilla Property Services. We assumed that the dryer vent got dirty and needed cleaning. They sent Ahmad Moumne who did a great job cleaning the pipe and removing a dead bird from it. It was not an easy task as the vent pipe was difficult to access. He also gave us great advice on how to prevent birds from nesting around and inside our house. He was very polite, friendly, and explained everything in detail with patience. We hired Ahmad and his team to come deal with some pretty nasty build-up of organic dirt on the north side of our stucco home. They did an excellent job of getting the house back to a clean state!
